Join Our 7-Day At-Home Fitness Challenge!

We have an amazing surprise for you! We’ve prepared a 7-Day Fitness Challenge for you to exercise in the comfort of your homes, keeping the motivation high and improving your health and fitness outside of your scheduled gym hours.

How Does the Challenge Work?

Day 1: Intense Cardio

  • 20 minutes of running or brisk walking outdoors or on a treadmill.
  • 3 sets of 1-minute jumping jacks.
  • 3 sets of 1-minute high knees running in place.

Day 2: Core Strength

  • 3 sets of 30-second planks.
  • 3 sets of 20 crunches.
  • 3 sets of 15 leg raises.

Day 3: Stretching and Flexibility

  • 10 minutes of dynamic stretches (legs, arms, and back).
  • 20 minutes of yoga or Pilates focusing on flexibility.

Day 4: Functional Training

  • 3 sets of 15 squats.
  • 3 sets of 10 push-ups.
  • 3 sets of 20 alternating lunges.

Day 5: Cardio and Endurance

  • 20 minutes of jump rope (or alternate 1 minute jumping with 1 minute resting).
  • 3 sets of 20 burpees.
  • 3 sets of 30-second side planks (each side).

Day 6: Total Body Strength

  • 3 sets of 15 jump squats.
  • 3 sets of 10 push-ups.
  • 3 sets of 15 calf raises.

Day 7: Active Recovery

  • 30 minutes of light walking or cycling.
  • 15 minutes of static stretching.
  • 10 minutes of meditation or deep breathing exercises.
